The handling and collection of personal information is processed in accordance with EU and UK laws. Your personal information will not be sold to third parties.

Delivery

We aim to deliver on the next working day where your order is received by midday. We cannot guarantee to deliver orders received after midday on the next day. We will always contact you by email on dispatch. All orders are tracked and require a person to sign for it at the delivery address.

Faulty Items

If your received items are faulty, the item(s) can be returned for exchange, store credit or refund within 28 days of the merchandise delivery date.

Faulty Item Return Instructions 

To request a Return Authorisation Number (RAN) write us to customerservice@perceptibleaudiovisual.com. You will receive an email from us with your RAN number and instructions for the return shipment. The courier for the return shipment will be provided in the return instructions email sent by us. Please write the Return Authorisation Number on the outside of the box.

The return shipment is FREE when shipped using the courier provided by us. If the return package is shipped using a different courier than the one provided, all consequent costs will be the client’s responsibility.

The two types of return for faulty items are:

Exchange Items – we will send you a replacement item for the faulty item.

Refund. Refunds will be processed as soon as returned items have been checked and accepted by perceptibleaudiovisual.com. Orders paid by PayPal or by bank transfer will be refunded to the original account. Refunds will be issued in the same currency as the original purchase. Any differences in the amount refunded are due to exchange rate fluctuations and will not be reimbursed. Returns must be shipped within 28 days of the order delivery date.

Perceptibleaudiovisual.com reserves the right to request photographic support regarding defective or incorrect merchandise before authorising a return for full reimbursement of shipping and import fees. Pick-ups for all authorised returns with perceptibleaudiovisual.com’s courier account numbers must originate from the same country of the original shipment. In the case that the return shipment requires pickup or the payment of any added fees, perceptibleaudiovisual.com reserves the right to refuse returns sent with a different courier than specified in the confirmation email. Perceptibleaudiovisual.com reserves the right to refuse returns that are unauthorised and/or not sent in accordance with the return policy detailed online. In the case of unauthorised or non-standard returns, the merchandise will be returned to the shipping address specified in the original order. If an unauthorised return is accepted, perceptibleaudiovisual.com will deduct a 10% administrative/re-stocking fee from the refund.

Cancellations

If you are based in the EU under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 (ICACRs), you have the right to cancel your order with us provided you give us written notice. The cancellation period will expire 14 days from the day after the day on which you acquire (or a third party other than a carrier and indicated by you acquires) physical possession of the last of the goods.

To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us by email to: customerservice@perceptibleaudiovisual.com. On receipt of your notice of contract cancellation, we will email you a Returns Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. Please complete this on the returns pro forma invoice that you received with your order, and include it with your return so we can process your refund promptly.

Item(s) must not show any signs of use. Items must be returned with all original tags, packaging and other accessories received with the order. Cancellations must be packaged in the original box. In the case of defective or incorrect merchandise, clients must follow the instructions above.

We recommend that you insure the return shipment as you are under a duty to take reasonable care of the goods and will be liable for damage to them until we receive them. We also recommend that you use a secure, trackable means to return your order to us at Bed Head Limited T/A PERCEPTIBLE, 6 Fairview Close, Watledge, Stroud GL6 0AX United Kingdom, and that you retain proof of sending, in case of a dispute. Please note that you must cover the cost of the return shipment, as our free collection service does not apply to orders cancelled under the ICACRs. All items must be returned unused, in their original condition and from the country that the order was delivered to. We will refund the full value of your order, including shipping costs, within 14 days of receiving your notice of contract cancellation.

If we do not receive the cancelled order, we will arrange to have it collected from you at your cost. Please note you may only use your right to cancel the order under the ICACRs if you give us formal written notice of cancellation any time after your order has been placed, up until 14 calendar days from the day after you receive your order, by email as described above, i.e. before requesting your RMA.
