How do I get discounts?
Join our Weekly Offers Newsletter – each week we will send you discount codes to your inbox. Or get in touch using the Contact page with your requirements and we will see what we can do to tempt you to buy!
How long will delivery take?
We aim to deliver on the next working day where your order is received by midday. We cannot guarantee to deliver orders received after midday on the next day. We will always contact you by email on dispatch. All orders are tracked and require a person to sign for it at the delivery address.
How secure is shopping in the Online Shop? Is my data protected?
All data is transmitted to PERCEPTIBLE and PayPal over Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) – an encryption technology that secures your data. We do not have access to your credit/debit card information.
What are the delivery charges for orders from the Online Shop?
For orders being shipped to the UK, all delivery charges are free. For orders being shipped to Europe, PERCEPTIBLE charges a flat rate of £40.
What exactly happens after ordering?
When your order is received (including payment), the PERCEPTIBLE team picks and packs your items that day. You will also receive a receipt by email. When your order is shipped, you will receive an email to confirm your order is on its way.
Which payment methods are accepted in the Online Shop?
You can use your PayPal account to pay. If you don’t have a PayPal account, you can use your credit card or debit card instead. Or if you prefer, you can use BACS bank transfer – please not there may be a delay in processing your order whilst the payment clears.
